About the event
Take a trip across America and discover all the great foods our country has to offer. Recipes are showcased from all parts of the country including New England, the Midwest, the Southwest, the Gulf Coast and the South. We will learn recipes such as southern fried chicken, Boston cream pie and buttermilk biscuits just to name a few. Join us as we explore American Cuisine and learn the history behind these regional recipes.
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Monday – Thursday *Basic camp ages 8-15. Advanced ages 13-17.
