About the event

We will discover the principles of sustainability and mindful eating. We will use fresh, seasonal foods to create a variety of menu items. We will introduce students to couscous, quinoa and colorful, flavorful fruits and vegetables. Focus will be on fresh not processed foods. 

9:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday – Thursday  *Basic camp ages  8-15  Advanced ages 13-17
