We’re off to a flavorful start! Create-a-Cook proudly launched our Summer 2025 season on June 16 with the opening of our Conshohocken campus—and what a week it was! Our first session, Taste Buds Adventure Week, brought together a fantastic group of junior chefs ready to dive into the world of cooking, creativity, and cultural exploration.
Led by the talented Chef Lindsay, our campers embarked on a global culinary journey, learning new techniques, experimenting with fresh ingredients, and gaining confidence in the kitchen. Each day featured hands-on activities that engaged their senses and sparked their imaginations.

Throughout the week, the chefs-in-training prepared an impressive lineup of dishes, including:
Quesadillas with Mexican Crema and Pico de Gallo
Banana Loaf with Maple Cream Cheese Spread
Ratatouille Pasta – a celebration of colorful, seasonal veggies
Sweet Corn Cakes with Homemade Caramel Sauce – a special day with guest instructor Chef Megan, who wowed us with her caramel-making skills
Personal Pizzas – where each camper became the chef of their own creation
Beyond cooking, our campers developed essential kitchen skills, learned about food safety and global flavors, and—most importantly—had a blast doing it.
We’re incredibly proud of our junior chefs and grateful to our instructors for making the first week such a success. Thank you to the families who joined us in kicking off an unforgettable summer!

Stay tuned for more delicious updates as our summer of culinary adventures continues with another exciting week at Conshohocken, along with a full season of fun at Haverford College and Central Montco Technical High School. We’re also looking forward to special sessions at Sacred Heart Academy and Limerick Township—each campus bringing its own unique flavor to the Create-a-Cook experience!
