
Our hands-on, fun, cooking programs are for Junior Chefs of all skill levels. Learn new cooking and baking skills, explore flavors from around the world, and create new friendships!
Students will learn to follow both simple and complex recipes while working as a team. Our weekly themes are designed to build confidence and each Junior Chefs’ personal culinary artistry.
Time each day is spent divided between Baking and Pastry and the Culinary Arts Instruction to encourage our Junior Chefs the opportunity to explore all aspects of the Culinary field.

Week 1: 6/26 - 6/30
Summertime Favorites
This cooking class is perfect for summer campers who want to explore the diverse and delicious All-American cuisine. From classic apple pie to regional specialties, students will learn to make and taste a wide range of dishes that define American summertime treats. With a focus on both cooking and baking skills, participants will have the opportunity to create recipes from appetizers to desserts and learn about the history behind these beloved dishes. As they work together as a team, campers will also build confidence in the kitchen and develop their own personal culinary artistry, all while making new friends and having fun.


Week 2: 7/3 - 7/7
All-American Classics
This cooking class will take you on a journey through America's diverse culinary landscape. You will learn how to make iconic dishes from various regions, including the East Coast, the Midwest, the Southwest, the Gulf Coast, and the South. Get ready to cook up some classics like southern fried chicken, Boston cream pie, buttermilk biscuits, chili con carne, clam chowder, and much more. Junior Chefs will not only learn how to cook these dishes but also the cultural and historical significance behind them. Get ready to take your taste buds on a cross-country adventure!
Week 3: 7/10 - 7/14
Northern Italy
Welcome to one of our two Italian Cuisine classes, where students will embark on a culinary journey through the diverse food, culture, and history of Italy. Our focus this week will be on the hearty and rich flavors of the northern regions of Italy.
Students will learn how to make Italian cuisine staples like pizza and pasta, as well as explore more sophisticated tastes from the northern regions like risotto and polenta. We'll teach students about the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and show them how to make classic Italian dishes from scratch.
Through our Italian Cuisine classes, students will gain an appreciation for the rich culinary history of Italy and learn about the cultural significance of certain dishes. They'll also have the opportunity to work as a team, learning how to communicate effectively and work together to create delicious meals.

Week 4: 7/17 - 7/21
Breakfast for Dinner
Join us for our Breakfast for Dinner class where we will explore the versatility of eggs and create a variety of delicious dishes that are perfect for any meal of the day. From savory frittatas and quiches to flavorful pancakes and French toast, we will show students how to whip up a tasty breakfast-inspired dinner that everyone will love.
We'll even make homemade cinnamon buns, perfect for a special weekend breakfast or brunch. If you want to try something new, we'll teach students how to make a delicious strata, a layered breakfast casserole that's easy to customize with a variety of ingredients.
Through our Breakfast for Dinner classes, students will learn essential cooking techniques, such as how to properly whisk eggs, how to cook pancakes and French toast to perfection, and how to create a flaky pastry crust for quiches and stratas. They'll also learn about the importance of balance and flavor when it comes to creating a well-rounded meal.

A Taste of Mexico
Join us for a culinary adventure to Mexico and the Southwest! In this class, students will learn how to make their favorite Mexican dishes, including empanadas, salsas, guacamole, tortilla chips, quesadillas, tres leches cake, and more. We will explore the unique flavors and ingredients of this popular cuisine and learn how to prepare traditional dishes from scratch. Get ready for a week of delicious and fun-filled cooking! Ole’!


Week 6: 7/31 - 8/4
Southern Italy
Welcome to our second Italian Cuisine class, where we will be exploring the bold flavors and freshness of the southern regions of Italy.
In this class, students will learn about the fragrant herbs and spices used in southern Italian cuisine and discover why Italian food is so popular around the globe. We will explore dishes like caponata, puttanesca, and parmigiana di melanzane, and teach students how to use fresh, high-quality ingredients to create authentic and delicious Italian dishes.
Our classes are designed to be hands-on and interactive, giving students the opportunity to work as a team and learn valuable culinary skills. Through our Italian Cuisine classes, students will gain an appreciation for the rich culinary history of Italy and learn about the cultural significance of certain dishes.

At our cooking school, we are passionate about teaching students the principles of sustainability and mindful eating. We believe that by using fresh, seasonal foods, we can create delicious and nutritious meals that are not only good for our bodies, but also good for the planet.
We introduce students to a variety of new and exciting ingredients, such as couscous, quinoa, and colorful, flavorful fruits and vegetables. Our focus is on using fresh, whole foods rather than processed ingredients, allowing students to discover new flavors and textures while also learning about the benefits of eating a healthy, balanced diet.
By teaching students about sustainable practices, we aim to inspire a love and appreciation for the environment and the role that food plays in our daily lives. Join us as we explore the world of mindful eating and sustainable cooking, one delicious meal at a time.

We occasionally have single-day openings in our classes due to cancellations, and we offer these spots to interested students on a first-come, first-served basis.
To be notified of these last-minute class openings, please let us know of your interest using the link below. We'll announce the available classes one week prior to the start date. Our staff will then reach out to you to confirm your spot.
Please note that these classes are priced at $95 for the day and payment is required upon arrival by cash or check. Also, there are no refunds for no-shows, so please make sure to mark your calendar and attend the class if you secure a spot!
