Our second week at the Central Montco location was a slam dunk! During Game Day Grub Club, our junior chefs put their culinary skills to the test with recipes inspired by everyone’s favorite stadium snacks. From sizzling sheet pan nachos to sweet and gooey s’mores pizza, this week was all about flavor, fun, and teamwork.

Led by Chef Jarrett, the kids learned how to grill, bake, and braise their way through a lineup of savory crowd-pleasers. They mastered:
Sheet Pan Nachos – loaded and layered with flavor
Buffalo Mac and Cheese – the perfect combination of creamy, spicy, and comforting
Homemade Coleslaw Dressing and Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce – tangy, sweet, and the perfect complement to...

Garlic Bread Pizza – a chewy, cheesy twist on a game-day classic

Meanwhile, Chef Megan led our young bakers through a sweet playbook of treats, including:
Copycat Sugar Cookies – soft, frosted, and full of personality
S’mores Pizza – melty chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham cracker crunch
Mini Cheesecakes – rich and creamy with endless topping options
Pretzel Brownies – the ultimate mashup of salty and sweet
This week wasn’t just about delicious dishes—it was about learning real kitchen skills, exploring new flavors, and building confidence along the way. We’re so proud of our campers’ creativity, focus, and teamwork in the kitchen. Game Day Grub Club was a win from start to finish!
